This policy explains the information Luvoa uses to provide narrative English-learning experiences.
Data we process
- name, email, account identifier and protected credentials;
- English level, answers, transcripts, audio and learning feedback;
- created seasons, invitations, characters, progress and multiplayer interactions;
- device identifiers and notification preferences;
- technical purchase identifiers and receipts processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate accounts, adapt English text and speech to each learner, preserve story consistency, synchronize teams, deliver media, process credits and send enabled notifications.
Required services
Some features rely on infrastructure and AI providers, including hosting, Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare Workers AI, language and voice services, and RevenueCat. We share only what each function requires.
Invitations
Public invitation pages show only the title, synopsis, host, mode and available seats. Secret roles, solutions, private context and conversations are never published.

You may disable notifications in the app. To request access, correction or deletion, email privacidade@luvoa.com. Company details and operational response periods must be completed here before commercial launch.
